Morning everyone
Before anything is said about the last challenge and the one we have for you all over the next two weeks, can we all spare some thought time for those families that have lost loved ones and will be grieving over this period. Instead of it being a time of good cheer, it will be a time of sadness. I am, of course, speaking particularly of those that left this world in Newtown CT this month.
If there are any people out there that wish to show their respects, the address that has been published is
Sandy Hook Elementary School.
12 Dickenson Drive
Sandy Hook.
CT 06482
USA
Let us also not forget those other families who, for whatever reason, will be placing a special bauble on their tree in remembrance of a loved one.
Now, after wiping away a tear
A very big thank you to those people that kindly shared their art with us in our White Winter challenge. Again, the standard is amazing and we will be along later to let you know who won all the prizes.
The big question on many peoples' lips now is "Are you all ready for the Celebrations?"
Well, are you?
Everything bought and stored? Bedding arranged for those overnight guests? All cards sent and gift wrapping done?
Or are you leaving all to the last minute?
Last Minute Shopping - something I, for one, vow every year not to have to do, but then with those inevitable last minute hiccups, always end up doing anyway.
We have yet another wonderful and generous sponsor this challenge.
Stitchy Bear have kindly donated a $10 Gift Certificate to be awarded to one lucky winner. There are so many images to choose from drawn by a variety of very talented artists, there's going to be loads you'll want to choose.
Rick St Dennis has some fabulous images, both new and the old favourites, available in his Etsy shop, just right for this challenge. Whether you like them traditional or downright creepy, there's something for everyone.
We, on the EDT, would like to see those last minute makes. Those gift bags and tags that make an ordinary gift something more special. Those last minute cards for friends and family who have decided that they'd rather spend time with you this holiday period. Even those last minute cookies you've baked and packaged, all festively, for a neighbour. Whatever your Last Minute Preparations are, care to show us? We'd love to see and get inspiration from you.
The girls on Team Sparkle and the Boss himself have some projects we'd like to share with you. Do they inspire you? We do hope so.

If you use a Rick St Dennis image, please add a link to your project first then for you second entry, add a link to your blog. Those that don't, miss out when it comes to Mr Random picking a prize winner.
