RSD's October Showcase

Welcome to our very first Rick St. Dennis MFA (RSD) Showcase. Some, and sometimes all, of Rick’s Elite Design Team (EDT) will be showcasing projects completed with Rick’s amazing digital images. Rick will be giving us a monthly theme and we will picking our own images from his vast collection of images in his Etsy and Zibbet shops.

Our theme for October is Christmas/Creepmas. Onward to the October 2014 RSD Showcase…

There’s a lot going on in Rick’s camp. We have a Design Team Call until Oct. 31. For all the details please visit our RSD Fans and Friends Facebook group. Rick is looking for designers for Facebook and our blogs, Sparkle and Glitter and Airless Chambers. We also have a monthly Progressive Challenge at our Sparkle and Glitter Blog. Come check that out and hopefully you will join the fun.

Thanks for stopping by. We hope that you will visit these EDT members’ blogs and leave some inspiring comments.

If you want to be a part of the EDT or our Facebook design team check the DT call here.

Final part of the Progressive Challenge with Belle et Bete

Well here we are, at the final stage of the progressive challenge that started back in September. The image that everyone has to use this month is Belle et Bete that you have already had sent to you - if you took part in the first part and emailed either Helen or Monique or, alternatively, purchased from the store. All instructions are here
To save you searching, the link to enter your Belle et Bete projects is here.

The EDT started the month with some examples and the rest of the gang are joining us today with some further inspiration.

Facebook Design Team

We are looking for a small team of enthusiastic people to work with and promote RSD images in our FB Group. You don't need a blog to apply (but if you do, that would be great). What we need are people who will produce both coloured images and finished projects across the range from creepy to cute. You must be active on FB and willing to meet and greet new fans, provide supportive comments, and share and promote on your own timelines and in other crafting groups. The post is all about spreading the word and increasing our visibility on Facebook.

Elite Design Team

We are also looking to add some talented people to our EDT. You must have a blog for this position and be able to create and upload projects to both your personal blogs and our Sparkle and Glitter With Rick, and Airless Chambers blogs. As with the Facebook team you will be expected to be active on FB, sharing your projects on your own page and within our Facebook Fan Group.

Terms and Conditions

The terms will last for 6 months, you are welcome to reapply at this time if you wish to stay on the team.
You will be provided with images to work with, and of course may use any that you already have in your collection. You must be able to produce 2-3 projects a month minimum.

To apply, we would love you to make TWO projects (doesn't have to be a card - journal pages, altered items, 3-d work are also great) - one cute, one darker themed featuring RSD images. Upload them to the DT Call photo album on our Facebook Group here. Please comment on your entries with which team you are applying for (you may also leave a link to your blog if you have one).

Closing date is 31st October.

We look forward to seeing your applications, please feel free to ask any questions.

Progressive Challenge Part 2 ......and a DT Call!

Good morning everyone
WOW so many gorgeous entries into the first part of this progressive challenge. It brought a tear to our eyes to see such wonderful projects.
To all who entered to get your free image for this month's stage,
, please contact Helen or Monique for your copy.

As you can see, the EDT have been busy with their "colouring in" and have come up with some examples to show you "Belle Et Bete". If you missed the first instalment of the challenge, you can still enter and be in with a chance of winning - just head on over to the store and pick her up because for this stage you must create something with this image.
